Guat’z Essen

The second best vegetarian-vegan restaurant in Austria, at least, barely meets the height requirements. The same spot is occupied by the excellent Lamark (Hochfügen), but this time Alexander's namesake, Peter Fankhauser, is honoured. A good 80 percent of the ingredients used come from permaculture.
